Data Deletion Instructions

Mitsify Web Development LLP ("Mitsify", "we", "us", or "our") values your privacy. If you'd like to request the deletion of personal data we've collected through our website, our software products and services, or WhatsApp, you may do so at any time using the steps below.

1. How to Request Deletion

Send your request to privacy@mitsify.com with the following information:

• Your full name
• The phone number or email address you used with us
• A brief explanation of your request

2. What Happens Next

Once we receive your request:

• Verification: We'll verify your identity to make sure we're deleting the right person's data and to safeguard against fraudulent requests.
• Processing: We complete deletion requests within 7 working days of verification.
• Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

3. Exceptions

In some cases, we may need to retain certain data even after a deletion request, specifically where it is:

• Required for legal, regulatory, or security purposes (e.g. GST/tax records, fraud prevention)
• Necessary to complete an active service engagement you've asked us to deliver

Where an exception applies, we'll let you know which data is retained and why, and delete it as soon as the retention reason no longer applies.
